Argentina is celebrating its 200th anniversary of independence from Spain. ‘Nueve de Julio’ or the 9th of July is a national holiday and is a time to gather with friends and family to celebrate, and to eat ‘locro’, a traditional stew or home-made empanadas.
This year there were celebrations around the country and in the run-up to the anniversary there was some wonderful press coverage encouraging people to visit and explore our beautiful and diverse country. This great article from The Telegraph chose to highlight 10 amazing ways to visit Argentina, of which, riding at Estancia Los Potreros was one.
